After faxing your information, please call the clinic to let them know that you have faxed-in your information, and confirm that it has been received.
Upon your arrival, present to the staff and let them know that you already submitted your paperwork via fax.
Please be informed that pre-registering does not guarantee that you will immediately be brought to an exam room. It will, however, almost always shorten your wait.
